My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. When I arrived, the staff refused to acknowledge my confirmed reservation and made me wait over two hours for a room. The room I was finally given was drafty, had dirty carpets, and a strong cigarette smoke smell that permeated everything. It was not well-maintained, and I had to stuff paper under the door to reduce the smoke coming in. Overall, the experience was far from ideal, and I will not be returning.
